Bob’s first panel, Japanese Cooking with Bob, was a huge success, with the second largest conference room at the DTC Marriott packed wall to wall with an audience. Bob gave an awesome multimedia presentation on the history of Japanese culture as it related to food, recipe choices, and basic food prepartion.
